Shipping & orders

Where we ship

We ship to most countries. Choose your country at the top of any page: prices switch to your currency and every product shows the shipping cost and delivery time to you. If a product can't go to your country, its page says so.

Delivery times

Items are packed at our partner warehouses, most of them in China, and sent with a tracked service. The delivery time on each product page is counted from dispatch.

Shipping cost

Shipping is charged per item and shown before you order. The total in your cart is the total you pay.

Payment

You pay by card on a secure payment page. Nothing is sent until the payment goes through.
