The Plate Partion Tool is one of the best ways to fight obesity and control. Use the USDA weight to measure your food and easily control your weight!

There are 4 control areas: 2 for fruit or vegetables, 1 for starch and 1 for protein. A line in the middle of each section represents a half cup. The top of each section is equal to one cup. Simply fill the Plate Partion Tool directly on the plate according to your diet. Put the protein in half a month; about the size of a deck of cards. Remove the board part tool from the board to reveal the perfect part!
